RETURNS POLICY
Please take care when ordering as we do not refund or exchange for a change of mind or unforeseeable delays or circumstances.
Returns are accepted for faulty merchandise only.Â
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check goods upon delivery.
We at BOXD FOR PETS strive for the highest quality of gifts for our customers and their pets. Our products are thoroughly checked and inspected prior to packing into our boxes. The boxes are again checked and secured thoroughly before dispatch to ensure maximum protection during transit.Â
If in the unlikely event that you do receive a product that is faulty, contact us immediately via email at info@boxdforpets.com.au with photo evidence of the product in its original form of packaging and your invoice or order number for proof of purchase. You must contact us within 48 hours after receiving your product.Â
We will organise to replace the item/s as soon as possible.Â
We cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen deliveries.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as health and beauty products).Â
